회사는 서비스 제공, 본인 인증, 고객 문의 대응 및 법적 의무 이행을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다. 또한, 미술품 중개 및 거래 과정에서 고객 신원 확인(KYC) 및 자금 세탁 방지(AML) 절차 준수를 위해 필요한 정보를 수집합니다.

2. 개인정보 보유 기간

개인정보는 목적 달성 후 즉시 삭제하며, 법적 의무에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.

계약 및 결제 기록: 5년
자금세탁방지 및 미술품 거래 관련 기록: 5년 이상
소비자 불만 처리 기록: 3년

3. 개인정보 제공 및 위탁

회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 법률이 요구하는 경우 또는 미술품 거래 과정에서 필요 시, 정부 및 금융기관과 정보를 공유할 수 있습니다. 또한, 업무 수행을 위해 신뢰할 수 있는 제3자에게 일부 처리를 위탁할 수 있습니다.

4. 고객 신원 확인 및 자금 세탁 방지

회사는 대한민국을 포함한 미국, 유럽 및 기타 국가의 자금 세탁 방지 법규를 준수합니다. 미술품 거래 시, 법적 요구 사항에

따라 고객의 신원 및 거래 목적을 확인하기 위해 다음 서류를 요청할 수 있습니다.

개인 고객: 유효한 신분증, 거주지 증명서 등
법인 고객: 사업자등록증, 법인 등기부등본, 법인 대표자 신분증 등
자금 출처 증빙: 은행 명세서, 세금 신고서 등

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 개인정보 수정 및 삭제를 서문으로 작성하여 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 이에 신속히 대응합니다.

6. 개인정보 보호 및 파기

회사는 기술적 · 관리적 보호 조치를 적용하여 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하며, 보유 기간 만료 시 삭제 또는 익명화 처리합니다.

Personal data is deleted once its purpose is fulfilled unless legally required to be retained:

Contract and payment records: 5 years
AML and art transaction records: 5 years or longer (as required by law)
Consumer complaint records: 3 years

3. Provision and Delegation of Personal Data

TCC does not share personal data without user consent unless required by law or for art transactions. Certain services may be outsourced under strict security measures.

4. KYC Procedures and AML Compliances

TCC adheres to AML laws in Korea, the U.S., Europe, and other applicable jurisdictions. Required documents for identity and transaction verification include:

Individuals: valid government issued ID, proof of address
Corporations: business registration certificate, representative’s ID
Proof of Funds: bank statements, tax filings, or other relevant financial records

5. User Rights

Users may request corrections or deletions of personal data in writing, and TCC will respond promptly.

6. Data Protection and Disposal

TCC employs technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal data. Once the retention period expires, data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
