거래 조건
유한회사 티씨씨(이하 “회사”)가 고객에게 미술품 구매와 관련한 자문 서비스를 제공할 시, 고객은 회사의 컨설팅을 통해 이루어진 미술품 구매에 대해 적용되는 자문 조건에 따를 것을 동의합니다.
회사가 고객을 대신하여 미술품을 판매하는 경우, 고객은 회사가 고객을 대신하여 미술품을 판매할 때 적용되는 고객을 위한 판매 조건에 따를 것을 동의합니다.
회사로부터 미술품을 구매하는 경우, 고객은 회사로부터 직접 미술품을 구매할 때 적용되는 판매 조건에 따를 것을 동의합니다.
Conditions of Business
When TCC Limited (“TCC”) provides consultation to clients on art acquisition, the client agrees to be bound by the terms of advisory services.
When TCC sells artwork on behalf of a client, the client agrees to be bound by the terms of sale retained to sell for the client.
When a client purchases artwork from TCC, the client agrees to be bound by the terms of direct transactions with TCC.
